We may refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

6. Your Order Cancellation Rights
Goods purchased can only be returned in accordance with these Terms and our Returns Policy.

You can only cancel an Order if Goods are returned in the same condition as You received them, including all product instructions, documents, and wrappings. Goods that are damaged, worn, or not in the same condition as when received will not be refunded.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same payment method as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

You will not have the right to cancel an Order for the supply of:

  • Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized
  • Goods unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
  • Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
  • Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance began with Your prior express consent and You have acknowledged loss of cancellation rights.

7. Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies
We are constantly updating our offerings of Goods. The Goods available may be mispriced, inaccurately described, or unavailable, and We may experience delays in updating information regarding our Goods.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information and reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions without prior notice.

8. Prices Policy
The Company reserves the right to revise prices at any time before accepting an Order. Prices may be adjusted after accepting an Order due to government actions, customs duties, increased shipping charges, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, You may cancel Your Order.

All Goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment methods available include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and online payment methods such as PayPal.

Payment cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If authorization is not received, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.
